| Who is the Auction Members / Buyers ? |

| Auction member is a person or a company who is authorized to bid on any vehicle display for auction in the Auction Halls. Auction member are expert in valuation of a used vehicles on basis of condition of vehicles.
Auction members bid the vehicles on behalf of their foreign buyers and as well as local buyers. Most of the members buy vehicles from Auctions to export worldwide. Member bid the vehicle as per prices or instructions given by their customers.
For this Auction members charge a Fee on successful bid from their customer and members also provide logistic delivery facility of purchased vehicle from Auction Hall to nearest port and shipping arrangement from port to destination country with all necessary documents. |

| How To Become Auction Member? |

 To bid in any auto auction you must need to qualify the requirement of that particular Auto Auction and must need to register yourself.
Every auction has thier own Terms and Conditions, Charges and registration process. Please find below the procedure of Registration with different Auto auctions: |

 How To Become Auction Member - USS Auto Auction |
| |
| USS auto auctions are Japan's biggest used vehicle auctions. |
| |
| The Following conditions are necessary for membership application |
| |

Registration in Japan (corporations) |
| • |
You must reside in Japan, have a certified copy of residence and have a seal registration certificate. |
| • |
You must have full-time Japanese-speaking staff. |
| • |
At least 1 year must have elapsed since the National Public Safety Commission issued you with license to trade used vehicles. |

You must be able to name at least 2 residents of Japan, who own property in Japan, to act as joint surety. |

Application certificate for participation contract: 1 copy(Private contracts should be signed by the individual and the joint surety) |

Guarantee: 1 copy (Affix a 200 yen revenue stamp, and put your seal on it) |

For corporations: Certified copy of commercial registration of a company, certificate of impression of corporate seal, seal registration certificate for representative and joint surety: 1 copy each |

For individuals: Seal registration certificate for both the individual and joint surety: 1 copy each |

Application deposit : 100,000 yen (Please wire the money as we cannot accept cash.) |
